越南降低玉米、小麥和豬肉的最惠國關(guān)稅

2021年11月15日，越南政府發(fā)布了第101/2021/ND-CP號法令，修訂了其玉米、小麥和冷凍豬肉的最惠國（MFN）稅率。該法令取消了所有類別小麥的最惠國關(guān)稅，將玉米關(guān)稅從5%降至2%，并將冷凍豬肉的關(guān)稅從15%降至10%。

關(guān)務(wù)小二注：越南、美國、中國均為WTO成員國，越南此次調(diào)整MFN最惠國稅率，對WTO成員國出口至越南的最惠國關(guān)稅稅率均生效。

該法令將于2021年12月30日生效，小麥和玉米的關(guān)稅削減將生效，而冷凍豬肉的關(guān)稅削減將于2022年7月1日生效。

Vietnam Lowers MFN Tariffs on Corn, Wheat, PorkOn November 15, 2021, the government of Vietnam issued Decree 101/2021/ND-CP, revising its most-favored nation (MFN) tariff rates for corn, wheat and frozen pork. The decree eliminates the MFN tariff on all classes of wheat, lowers the duty on corn from five percent to two percent, and lowers the duty on frozen pork from 15 percent to 10 percent.The tariff reductions for wheat and corn will enter into force when the decree takes effect on December 30, 2021, while the reduction for frozen pork will enter into force on July 1, 2022.The decree follows the commitment made by the Vietnamese government when Vice President Kamala Harris visited Hanoi in August 2021. The tariff reductions will give U.S. corn, wheat and pork producers greater access to the Vietnamese market, in line with competitors from countries that have free trade agreements with Vietnam. U.S. exports of corn, wheat and pork to Vietnam were valued at $228 million in 2020.Additional information about the tariff reductions will be available in an upcoming Global Agricultural Information Network (GAIN) report from the FAS Office of Agricultural Affairs in Hanoi.
